completed her Master’s degree in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School in Toronto. Anzhela’s clinical work and experience focus on the treatment of children, adolescence and adults. Specifically, she is passionate about assisting individuals who are experiencing a wide array of concerns, including depression, anxiety, anger, stress management, conflict resolution, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and phobias. Her other areas of expertise involve conducting semi-structured clinical interviews, administering assessment and writing reports for Independent Insurer Psychological Examinations involving Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) with children, youth and adults. As well as conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments (e.g., learning difficulties, ADHD, giftedness), and autism spectrum disorder. Anzhela is a conscientious and empathetic listener, she provides a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space to connect and explore the client’s presenting difficulties and concerns. With this understanding, she works collaboratively to establish a treatment plan and help clients attain their therapeutic goals and needs. Main modalities practiced are CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness.
